Shreenet Travels Terms & conditions
  • The charges will be as per agreement.
  • All billing by the Shreenet Travels Pvt Ltd when in access of agreed monthly mileage will be accompanied by the documentary evidence in the form of logbooks, routes covered, distance traveled etc.
  • The Company on a monthly basis must release payment within seven days after submission of bills.
  • GST will be charged extra @ 5%
  • TOLL TAX, PARKING TAX, MCD TOLL  will be charged extra as per actual rates levied by the State Government in case of plan (A)
  • HARYANA TAX, UP TAX, will be charged extra as per actual rate.
  • Distance and time calculation are from SHREENET TRAVELS PVT LTD (Block-D,Sector-55 Noida) garage to garage.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of State Government.
  • The company will charge extra tax levied by the government, if any.
  • Incase of increase in fuel price the rates will also be increased as per the agreement.
  • During the terms of this agreement, either party can terminate the agreement by giving one month’s notice in writing to the other or payment in lieu thereof.
